Mr. Mahavir Jain

Mr. Mahavir Jain, is the founder member of BBB Infraventures, the Central India's fast growing Real Estate Company. Mr. Mahavir Jain is widely recognized as ‘the opportunist’ across his circle, who with his never say die attitude, never leaves an opportunity to bring out anything which is better than before. With path-breaking and visionary architectural contributions to the building of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Shed in Central India and through pioneering role as a real estate developer in and around Nagpur and his dynamic leadership has transformed the vast landscape of the region by setting new standards in the housing and urban development scenario and creating High class infrastructure to attract exceptional levels of housing  investors, generating new employment opportunities and changing lifestyles.

Mr. Mahavir Jain pursued Architecture from BMS in 1983 (Year)  and was immediately placed in ancestral business of Architecture, namely  ‘Jain Associates: Architects’ after untimely demise of this Father & Mentor Mr. Chhaganraj Jain, thereafter took charge of Industrial Gases business in 1980 and established himself as leader in the field for about 27 Years, followed by flagship designing of Residential, commercial buildings & Industrial Sheds. In 2011, he then took a step ahead, a step towards dynamic diversification and entered into Business of Real Estates. Real Estates has given him altogether a new identity and then it was never looking back.
 
Visualizing that only the collaborative efforts of both the public and private sectors could achieve the goal of creating cities of the future with adequate housing and urban infrastructure to meet the needs of future generations, he worked towards bringing new concepts of housing and opening the doors for professional private developers to play a major role in building onsite infrastructure for homes, offices and entertainment and additional facilities.

His visionary efforts brought fruits and BBB was successful in brining to reality 144 Apartment Scheme ‘ Green Park’ in Nagpur Hingana region which is today the single-most important and influential project in that area with 100% occupancy. Shivpriya Towers Unit C immediately followed the same success path and 84 Units were sold within a very short span of time.

Mr. Mahavir Jain is also widely credited with conceptualizing a unique and innovative model for acquisition of land at various locations and developing townships at unbelievable prices.   He has been a firm believer in corporate grows only with fruitful contribution of its people and is involved in developmental activities.
